NotiHub is a notification monitoring service that helps you stay informed about new emails and messages across your accounts. The Service monitors your connected email accounts and alerts you when new messages arrive.

3. User Accounts

To use NotiHub, you must:

  • Register with a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Email Monitoring

By connecting your email account to NotiHub:

  • You authorize us to access your email account using the provided App Password
  • We will only count unread emails to detect new notifications
  • We do not read, store, or process the content of your emails
  • You can disconnect your account at any time

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by NotiHub and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All notifications will be delivered instantly
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NotiHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
